Whether you fast or not, the festival is a great excuse to dress up in beautiful outfits! This year, Karwa Chauth was even more special for B-town ‘coz there are quite a few newlyweds in tinsel town. Here’s taking a look at how Bollywood wives celebrated the festival this year.
Katrina Kaif
Looks like our Kat has totally transformed into a Punjabi kudi! She celebrated her first Karwa Chauth with her husband Vicky Kaushal in the cutest way ever! Dressed in a sheer pink Sabyasachi saree teamed with a floral blouse, Kat looked every bit gorgeous. Her kangans, mangalsutra, bindi, and sindoor only added to her desi look. She posted a series of pictures with Vicky and her in-laws with the caption, “पहला #KarvaChauth ✨”. Haaye, nazar naa lage!
Natasha Dalal
Natasha Dalal and Varun Dhawan celebrated their second Karwa Chauth together, giving us major #CoupleGoals. Varun posted adorable images on his Instagram where he is seen breaking his wife’s fast. Natasha looked gorgeous in a pink indo-western co-ord set teamed with a bandhani cape, while Varun complemented her in an orange kurta.
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja
Sonam Kapoor celebrated her first Karwa Chauth as a new mommy and she looked phenomenal. The actress posted a series of pictures dressed in a pink and green traditional ensemble designed by Gaurang Shah. Sonam revealed that her husband Anand Ahuja isn’t a fan of Karwa Chauth as he thinks fasting should only be intermittent. But both of them believe that festivals and traditions are a great reason for family and friends to come together. She added, “I love that my mom loves celebrating it and I love being a part of it and dressing up.”
Preity Zinta
Preity Zinta celebrated Karwa Chauth with her pati parmeshwar, Gene Goodenough in Los Angeles. Just like Sonam, this was Preity’s first Karwa Chauth as a mother. She decked up in a pretty yellow attire and spruced it up with a red phulkari dupatta that took more than three months to be made.
Neha Kakkar
Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh are known for their Insta PDA. They kept the affection alive on the occasion of Karwa Chauth as Neha posted a series of super cute images on her feed with the caption, “@rohanpreetsingh Tu Mera Chand!! 😍😇.” We loved Neha’s red bandhani salwar suit and her statement jewellery.
Mouni Roy
Mouni is celebrating her first Karwa Chauth with her husband Suraj Nambiar. The Brahmastra actress tied the knot in January in Goa. She shared adorable pictures on her Instagram and gave us a glimpse of her Karwa Chauth mehendi. She captioned the images, “Firsts are always special…♥️ Happy Karwa Chauth beauties 🔱🔆”.Totes adorbs!
Mouni later on even posted a few snaps from her Karwa Chauth celebrations. Dressed in a gold saree with red chudis, Mouni looked so happy and in love with her husband.
Raveena Tandon
Raveena’s Karwa Chauth was a Kesariya affair. The actress dolled up in a beautiful orange saree and accessorised her look with contrasting emerald jewellery. She attended Sunita Kapoor’s Karwa Chauth party along with the other B-town ladies. She shared stunning images in her OOTD and captioned it, “#Karhwachauthready#kesariya is my rang for the season…. 🧡”.
Neelam Kothari
Our Bollywood wife, Neelam Kothari’s Karwa Chauth was everything colourful! She also made an appearance at Sunita Kapoor’s residence, dressed in a rangeen avatar. She wore a kurta and sharara set.
Bhavana Pandey & Maheep Kapoor
Neelam Kothari was also joined by her fellow Bollywood wives, Bhavana Pandey and Maheep Kapoor. While Bhavana looked every bit gorgeous in a rani pink anarkali, Maheep kept her modish vibe alive in a mehendi green co-ord set teamed with a cape.

Shilpa looked resplendent as she attended pooja at Sunita Kapoor’s house in a ravishing red saree.
