She tagged the location as Claridge’s, London, and wished her fans a “Happy New Year.” Around the same time, Kartik also took to his Instagram story and shared a picture of him enjoying tea with someone at a restaurant. He too tagged Claridge’s as the location. Fishy, right?

We could see colourful lights at the amusement park, a Ferris wheel, and Sara posing with Ibrahim and a friend in the images. Simultaneously, Kartik posted a blurry photo of a London street illuminated with similar-looking colourful lights. He also posted a picture of the Carnaby Celebrate lights, which are a massive light installation that spans Carnaby Street.
These cryptic posts have us and the fans wondering if Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan rang in the new year together. The two have always remained cordial with each other after their breakup, and now we’re wondering if they plan to rekindle their relationship. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see them together again?

In an interview earlier, Kartik opened up about his breakup with Sara Ali Khan. He said, “I have come to terms with the fact that my life will be out there but the other side of that is if there is a genuine friendship somewhere, they will still label it. So that kind of labelling sometimes creates a lot of problems between people, so that is not fair. I am starting to get used to it but I’m not thick-skinned yet.”
