For a while, Anusha Dandekar went completely MIA and I have missed her. As it turns out, Anusha was actually battling a grave health issue. The Love School star shared a picture of herself in a hospital and opened up about her health issues on the ‘Gram.
Anusha underwent surgery for a lump in her ovary and it was a tough ride. Her recovery process has been ‘intense’. The actress shared, “Went through a surgery for a lump in my ovary, the recovery has been pretty intense but also I’m really lucky all was okay… found a few more lumps while they were there, again super lucky everything Is great now… “
“Just wanted to tell all the girls that are here reading this, to make sure you visit your Gynaecologist once a year without fail to stay ahead of your health and safety, I’ve been doing that since I was 17 and that’s how I can be so grateful I’m recovering well today,” shared Anusha. I am amazed to see how honest Anusha has been about this hard period. After sharing her journey, she also gave other women a piece of great advice about taking care of themselves. BRB, I am setting up an appointment with my Gynaecologist right now.
