Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani took over the Barbie fever real quick, and we aren’t complaining! From a film that celebrated KJo’s Bollywood legacy with a stellar cast, we honestly expected nothing less. To add to the fans’ excitement, Karan Johar just made the most interesting revelations about the movie. Turns out, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s shaadi had a special connection with her on-screen wedding with Ranveer Singh!
The cast of RARKPK recently made an appearance at a press conference and talked about their film. During the interaction, KJo revealed that Alia Bhatt shot the wedding sequence in the film just four days after her wedding! In fact, Alia still had her bridal mehendi while shooting the sequence and it became a part of the film. Sharing the interesting story, Karan quipped that Alia got married twice that week. During the press meeting, Karan also talked about the difference between working with Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. He shared how there’s nobody who brings the kind of energy on the sets that Ranveer Singh does. On the other hand, Karan appreciated Ranbir’s calm and composed demeanour while shooting.
