This film is a dark comedy about a mother-daughter duo that stars Vijay Varma, Roshan Mathew and Shefali Shah. Darlings is set against the backdrop of a conservative lower-middle-class neighbourhood in Mumbai and is a story of courage and hope.
In a previous interview, Alia has dropped hints about her future plans and shared, “It has been 10 years for me in the industry and my next 10-year plan is to build my production house.”
Well, while we’ll surely miss Alia’s beautiful face on the screen, we are equally excited about her new venture. In the last couple of years, many actresses have made their way to production and have struck gold. We hope the Highway actress gets everything she has her eyes set on.
