Alia Bhatt has the country in awe with her stellar performances and adorable personality. And now, the actress is making her way into Hollywood with Heart of Stone directed by Tom Harper. Recently, the actress spoke to a leading daily about her Hollywood debut and her experience shooting the film while being pregnant. And honestly fam, isn’t there anything Alia can’t do?
The Darlings actress said, “It was my first Hollywood big English picture experience and I had quite a task at hand because I was shooting for the first time an action movie. But I’m also pregnant so there were so many layers for me to deal with”.
She further added, “But they made it so seamless and so easy and so comfortable for me. It’s something that I will never forget because of how beautifully and how well I was treated”. Awww, now we can’t wait to see soon-to-be mommy Alia on the big screen.
According to reports, Heart Of Stone is a spy thriller that’s meant to launch a female-centric franchise in the action genre. Alia plays Maya Singh, an Indian-American intelligence operative. The movie is all set for its OTT release sometime later next year and TBH, we’re certain that Alia will shine through in the film.
Speaking about her experience with co-actors Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, the actress had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. She said “I had such a lovely time shooting with Gal, with Jamie Dornan and with my director Tom Harper. I think we’re onto something pretty cool with Heart of Stone and I can’t wait for the world to see it”.
