We were a little disappointed when we got to know that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt aren’t getting hitched in 2021! NGL, we were waiting to see both of them as dulha and dulhan. Lucky for us, we did get an update about the #Ralia wedding and this time it came directly from Ranbir.
Ranbir and Alia recently made their way to Delhi to launch the first motion poster of their film Brahmāstra and treated us with adorable PDA moments. At the event, a fan asked Ranbir, “When will you marry Alia or someone else?”
The Rockstar actor cheekily replied to the question and said, “Haven’t we seen a lot of people getting married in the last one year? I think we should be happy with that.” RK then turned towards Alia and asked “Humari kab hogi?” and left the actress blushing! Alia replied, “Why are you asking me?”
TBH it is super rare to see Ranbir flirting with Alia in a public setting! We are legit watching this video on loop RN. Aren’t these two just the cutest? (Virtually, putting a kala tikka on Ranbir-Alia!)
ICYDK, Alia and Ranbir were all set to tie the knot last year, but due to the COVID-19 crisis, they had to postpone their shaadi. Just a little while ago, the Sanju star opened up about his wedding plans in an interview with Rajeev Masand.
Ranbir said, “It (the wedding) would have already been sealed if the pandemic hadn’t hit our lives. But I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal soon in my life.”
According to the grapevine, the couple is all set to get hitched next year. A source close to Alia spilled the beans about the wedding and said, “Alia and Ranbir might not do a destination wedding but will get hitched in Mumbai itself. The couple will tie the knot in the presence of their close and loved ones, they don’t want to do a lavish wedding. It will be closed knit affair as Ranbir and Alia, both are very private individuals.”
While we don’t know when the wedding bells are going to ring for #Ralia but we hope it happens soon enough. ‘Coz we can’t get enough of B-town weddings!
