These Actresses Might Replace Katrina Kaif & Priyanka Chopra In Jee Le Zaraa

In 2021, on 20 years of Dil Chahta Hai, Farhan Akhtar announced Jee Le Zaraa.. The movie was supposed to be a female-led version of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara with Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, and Alia Bhatt as the main leads. Ever since then, fans have been waiting for an update on the shooting and release of the film. But turns out, it was all too good to be true since two out of the three actresses have chosen to walk out of the project.

Farhan managed to get three of the best Bollywood actresses together, but unfortunately, could not get them to commit to common shoot dates. As per sources, Priyanka and Katrina are not able to shoot in 2023 and asked Farhan to start the project in 2024. While he was okay with it, Alia already has several projects lined up in 2024. After much deliberation and trying to find a solution, PC and Kat decided that the film is no longer feasible for them. But don’t get disheartened ‘coz it is still happening! As per the grapevine, Farhan may have found the replacements and they are just as exciting!

Farhan Akhtar is reportedly considering Anushka Sharma and Kiara Advani for the parts! Anushka has previously worked with Excel Entertainment, therefore she has a good chance of getting the role. While Priyanka’s exit from the project has been confirmed, Katrina’s team is still trying to find a way to work around the shoot dates. As a result, Farhan is still unable to reach a decision.

NGL, but Priyanka’s exit does break our hearts. The world was really looking forward to see her in Bollywood after a long time. But all’s well that ends well, right? While we hope Katrina Kaif manages to make it, Kiara Advani and Anushka Sharma, both are phenomenal actresses who would do an equally great job!
