Judging by the short clip from the film that Kangana shared in July, we can say that she managed to recreate Indira Gandhi’s look to absolute perfection. The movie is supposed to hit the floors in 2023 and we are certain it will make waves.

Chakda ‘Xpress

We’ve definitely missed Anushka Sharma on the big screen, but she’s finally back with another interesting project, Chakda ‘Xpress. The movie is inspired by the journey of the former captain of the Indian cricket team Jhulan Goswami. Anushka has given us some inspiring women-led movies in the past and we are sure with this one, she’s only going to add another feather to her cap. The movie is set to release in Feb 2023.

Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway

Rani Mukherjee is one hell of an actress. In the past, she has given us some powerful performances in movies like Mardaani, Black, and Hichki. And now, she is returning to the big screen with Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. The film is directed by Ashima Chibber and produced by Rani’s husband Aditya Chopra. It is based on a real-life incident about an Indian couple whose children were taken away by the Norwegian Welfare Services in 2011. We can’t wait to see what Rani has in store for us with this one.

Jee le Zaara

Three A-list Bollywood queens in one movie? Take our money already. Dubbed the women-led version of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, this passion project by Zoya Akhtar is what dreams are made of. Starring Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif, the film will revolve around friends who go on a road trip together. It is set to go on floors in 2023.

The Marvels

Brie Larson is all set to return as Carol Danvers in The Marvels, slated to release in 2023. We love nothing more than a badass female superhero, and Brie as Captain Marvel is what we need in our lives RN. A pilot-turned-strongest MCU superhero—what can be more epic than that? We’ll also get to see Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan aka Ms Marvel in the film too.
