All Indian brides LOVE red, and there’s nothing wrong with that! Red is definitely a wonderful and rich colour. Plus it’s traditional to wear red on your big day. But that doesn’t mean you have to use the cliched tones, cuts and embellishments to wear it on your wedding. There are a lot of ways to include it rather than going down the beaten path. If you want a little bit of red in your wedding ensemble, but don’t want it in its entirety, this is the way to go. Just add a panel of red in your lehenga that’s in a different colour. It will bring a bridal touch you’re looking for without going overboard!

2. Opt for a red chunni

This one’s a really clever way to add red to your wedding ensemble. Just go for a traditional red chunni. Mix and match it with the colours of your lehenga because red goes well with most colours! Some shades that you can consider mixing with red are orange, pink, yellow, gold, beige, blue and green.
