Colleges, gyms, nightclubs, and offices are shut across the globe and people have been advised to stay indoors to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. In tough times like these, it’s important that we practice social distancing as methods to minimise interaction with people. While it’s a scary situation out there–filled with panic and fear, people in quarantine are trying their best to cope up with the lockdown anxiety.
