It depends on the kind of sex you want to have. But, if strictly talking about vanilla intercourse, you need a partner who arouses you, both mentally and physically and their consent. You begin with foreplay which includes kissing, touching, embracing each other. Then you move on to the intercourse bit of it wherein one partner gets on top of the other and there is penetration. It doesn’t have to be rough and should please both the partners. Here is some advice you can follow to try making it even better!
2. How many calories do you burn during sex?
You do burn a lot of calories during sex but you cannot figure out a general amount of calories that one burns. It depends on your body weight, how vigorous the sex is and how long it lasts. But a nice proper session of sex is equivalent to an hour of zumba or kickboxing!
3. How do I put on a condom?
Condoms are an absolute necessity when it comes to sex. Unprotected sex is never a good idea, unless you are planning a family. There are ways to put on a condom which are not that difficult. You have to take the rubber out of the packet, make sure that your partner is erect so that it fits fine and simply roll it on and cover the penis until the base of the condom rests firmly against the base of the penis.

If you are having sex with someone you truly like, admire and are attracted to, then it will feel like unadulterated happiness that will leave you smiling all day. Yes and no. Sex hurts due to three reasons – lack of lubrication, lack of proper arousal and the size of the penis. If it is your first time, as a woman, you will feel slight discomfort and that’s normal. But if you keep feeling pain during sex then it would be a good idea to consult your gynaecologist and figure out what the problem is.
