Second Time Lucky: Look Who These 5 B-Town Celebs Were With Then & Who They Are With Now

Love is tricky. Sometimes you don’t know that you are actually ‘in love’ with someone and sometimes you don’t realise that it isn’t really ‘love’ that you are feeling for your partner. Here are five B-town actors whose love life went through a roller coaster ride before they found their happy ending. They all were married once but now they have a new partner. Such as:

1. Arjun Rampal

Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades [now] met in 2009 at an IPL party and began dating a few years later after the actor separated with his wife in 2018. Arjun was married to former Miss India and supermodel, Mehr Jesia [then], for 20 years. He has two daughters with Mehr, Mahikaa (17) and Myra (14), and now another baby on the way with girlfriend Gabriella. The duo just announced their pregnancy in a cute post on Instagram. 

2. Saif Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan [now] met on the sets of Tashan and started dating in 2007 when the big Shahid-Kareena chapter was at its bitter end post Jab We Met. After five years of relationship, they got married in 2012 and have a cute little son, Taimur Ali Khan (2) who needs no introduction. Saif’s first marriage with actress Amrita Singh [then] ended after 13 years of togetherness in 1991 – the reason being his affair with Italian dancer and model, Rosa Catalano. Saif and Amrita have two children together – Sara Ali Khan (23) and Ibrahim Ali Khan (18).

3. Farhan Akhtar

Farhan Akhtar’s relationship with singer Shibani Dandekar [now] is all the rage courtesy Instagram PDA. In fact, the couple is rumoured to get married soon! The actor, singer and filmmaker ended his 16-year long marriage with ex-wife Adhuna Bhabani [then] as a result of ‘growing apart over the years’. They have two kids together – Shakya and Akira.

4. Karan Singh Grover

Karan Singh Grover is happily married to Bipasha Basu Singh Grover [now] since 2016. He met her on the set of his Bollywood debut film Alone in 2015 and fell in love. Before that, he was married to TV’s favourite and his Dill Mill Gayye co-star Jennifer Winget [then] for two years and separated in 2014. Even before that, he was married to TV actress of Krishna Arjun fame, Shraddha Nigam [then] in 2008 and separated after only 10 months. Both the marriages ended allegedly due to Karan’s extramarital affairs. He apparently got involved with his choreographer Nicole Alvares during his stint on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 in 2009.

So to sum up, it goes: Shraddha Nigam > Nicole Alvares > Jennifer Winget > Bipasha Basu.

5. Aamir Khan

Aamir Khan has been married to Bollywood producer Kiran Rao [now] since 2005 and has a seven-year-old child named Azad Rao Khan with her. He met Kiran in 2001 on the sets of Lagaan, where she was working as an assistant director. His divorce from first wife Reena Dutta was finalised in 2002. Aamir has two kids from his first marriage – Junaid Khan (25) and Ira Khan (22).
