The Good Glamm Group Acquires ScoopWhoop, Plans To Invest Rs 500 crores Into Male Grooming Segment
This has been the season of thrilling announcements at the Good Glamm Group and we are back with yet another exciting one. We just joined hands with ScoopWhoop, India’s largest digital media platform for men. This further consolidates the Good Glamm Group’s position as ‘Digital House of Brands’ and we are elated to extend a grand welcome to the newest addition to our thriving family.
This is a momentous development and marks the Good Glamm Group’s entry into content-to-commerce in the male grooming segment, which is currently a $1.5 Billion market. ScoopWhoop’s digital assets generate 2 billion monthly impressions and engage 100 million users. Together with two of India’s largest media brands, POPxo and ScoopWhoop, the Good Glamm Group will now generate an aggregate of 3.5 billion monthly impressions and will have over 150 million unique users. This will give the Group, the largest digital reach across all the e-commerce companies in India.
In the next three years, the Good Glamm Group will invest Rs 500 crores in the men’s category. The Group seeks to leverage ScoopWhoop’s content capabilities and digital reach among men to catalyse the segment. To strengthen the category, the Good Glamm Group is already on a spree to build and buy men-oriented grooming brands.
As the Good Glamm Group group forays into the men’s grooming segment with ScoopWhoop, founders Sattvik Mishra, Rishi Pratim Mukherjee & Sriparna Tikekar will work closely with Group Founder Darpan Sanghvi, and Co-Founders Priyanka Gill and Naiyya Saggi.
