You Will Be Missed, Stan Lee: Deadpool, Spider-Man, Iron Man & Wolverine Pay Respects

Stan Lee, the man behind Marvel’s most iconic superheroes (the Avengers, Daredevil, Spiderman, Ironman, Doctor Strange, X Men and many more), has passed away at the age of 95.

This artist and creator started as the editor-in-chief of Marvel and then turned it into a multimedia organisation. But one of his most iconic roles was that of the ‘Cameo King,’ Stan The Man slipped into every Marvel movie that featured the superheroes he had created. From playing a bus passenger to a FedEx delivery guy, he did it all and his fans waited eagerly through the films to catch a glimpse of this real-life superhero. Although he had retired from the company about a decade ago, he remained the public face of the Marvel and continued to make regular appearances in the movies. 

After 60 years of producing some of the finest comic books, this ex-US Army officer passed away at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. His daughter, JC Lee, shared her statement about his death with a leading news agency last night, “He felt an obligation to his fans to keep creating. He loved his life and he loved what he did for a living. His family loved him and his fans loved him. He was irreplaceable.”

The actors who played his characters and even Bollywood celebrities took to social media to say thank you for inspiring them and changing their lives.
