Vicky Kaushal is the most eligible bachelor in Bollywood right now. The actor has been an audience favourite ever since his debut in Masaan, but he reached the zenith of popularity after he impressed everyone with his high-on-josh performance in URI: The Surgical Strike.
While his films speak for his acting abilities, there’s a co-star who can vouch for his character. Recently, actress Taapsee Pannu and Vicky appeared together on a chat show and Taapsee had some interesting things to say about the Manmarziyaan actor. For instance, she revealed that they had bonded on WhatsApp even before meeting each other during the shoot of Manmarizyaan.
During the game of Hook Up, Kill and Marry on the show, Taapsee said that she would hook up with Varun Dhawan, kill Abhishek Bachchan and marry Vicky Kaushal because Vicky is marriage material.
Taapsee has worked with all three of the actors and shares a friendly equation with them. However, she and Vicky have hit it off really well. Their chemistry in the movie Manmarziyaan (that also starred Abhishek Bachchan) was lauded and the fans can’t wait to see them together on the screen again.
Teasingly, Taapsee also commented on Vicky’s dressing sense and said, “He has a very boring sense of style!” To this Vicky replied, “I feel that the outfit should not be an obstacle, it can’t stop me from being me. If it’s that, I don’t care about fashion. I’m kind of warming up to it.”
On the show, Vicky spoke about his equation with Taapsee and how the two became friends. “I was in my blue hair and she was in her red hair and I don’t know for some reason, we just hit it off straight away. One striking thing about her personality is that she is immensely transparent as a person and she is a great talker. And I am a great listener.”
On the work front, Taapsee will be seen in will be next seen in Game Over, Saand Ki Aankh and Mission Mangal. Vicky is shooting for Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming biopic on freedom fighter Udham Singh. The film traces the life story of the revolutionary who assassinated Michael O’Dwyer, the Governor of Punjab when the Jallianwala Bagh massacre took place in 1919.
