Fam, Flowers & A Hilarious Photoshop: Sonam Kapoor Celebrates Her 35th In Style

Be it a big fat Indian wedding or virtual anniversary party, we are certainly giving it to the Kapoors and Ahujas for making it the most of celebrations. The fashionista extraordinaire, Sonam Kapoor turns 35 today and her fam has left no stone unturned to make the B-Town diva feel her absolute best on her birthday. All this while, Sonam has been spending her lockdown days with her in-laws in Delhi and while she was having quite a time in there as well, the actress kept posting about how much she was missing her family in Mumbai. 

Well, the birthday started on the perfect note for the actress as she finally got to fly to Mumbai and celebrate the day with her mains. Anand shared videos and pictures of Sonam and Rhea together as the two finally got to have some sibling time after months.

And while we were expecting a mushy surprise from hubby Anand, this one caught us off guard with hilarious photoshops that had pictures of all of Sonam’s fave peeps together. “We all came together for a Quarantine photoshoot for the 👑 of photoshoots! Happy Birthday from us all @sonamkapoor ❤️❤️❤️ … PS sorry no parents allowed at this party! 😝,” Anand captioned the pictures. Well, just when we think it doesn’t get better, this one always shows us how it’s done. In the words of Sonam herself, that’s one “incredible husband” indeed!

“The best best husband in the world, who gives me everything that I truly need. He is my blessing on my birthday. Love you @anandahuja from the first day I hugged you,” Sonam wrote to thank hubby for making it a great birthday. 

Sonam’s mom-in-law, Priya Ahuja, also took to Instagram to share pictures of her daughter-in-law. “Happy Birthday Dearest Sonam Beta😘🤗🎉🌹. Wishing you Life’s Best Always. Lots and Lots of Happiness and lots and lots of Love. Keep Smiling Always💕. Biggggggg Hug from all of us,” she wrote and added, “We Cherish every moment we all spent together. All the yummy cakes and goodies you baked for us. Love you ❤️❤️. Have a very very Happy Birthday.”

Back home in Mumbai, Sonam, of course, had her excited fam all set with multiple cakes and a gorgeous setup to ring her 35th in style.

As wishes poured in for the diva, daddy Kapoor also took to Instagram to wish Sonam and express how much he loves, admires, and treasures his little girl. “To a daughter like no other, the perfect partner to @anandahuja, a star on screen and an icon with an unimitable style. She’s my confidant, my joy, my pride, the most generous-hearted soul I know, (the only person I am shit scared of) & now a bona fide master chef! Happy Birthday, @sonamkapoor! I’m so happy that you’re here with all of us today! ‬‪Love You, Always!” he wrote.
