Actress Sonali Bendre has been an inspiration to many. Ever since she has been diagnosed with cancer, she has posted pictures of herself with positive messages for her fans and followers. She has been battling uterine cancer like a fighter. Instead of letting it get to her, the actress has chosen to account her journey through recovery on Instagram as she undergoes treatment in New York.

The actress recently shared a series of pictures of her with her hairstylist trying out a new wig. She wrote a long heartwarming caption about her hairstylist Bok-Hee has become a great friend in this process of making the perfect wig for her.

Sonali also wrote about how Bok-Hee has been indulging her with various looks from short hair to long hair. She’s been very understanding, supportive and empathetic throughout it all.

Last month, Sonali revealed her new look with the wig and revealed that when she was ‘testing them out, she has a brief moment of self-doubt.’ “As part of the entertainment industry, you’re always expected to look good. Maybe that has been ingrained in me? But then I gave it a thought and I realised I like looking good for me. If I’m in the mood to wear a scarf, I will. If I want to walk around bald and free, I will,” she wrote.
