While we still haven’t gotten over Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal’s wedding, the rumour mill claims that another celeb wedding might be on the cards, and it’s none other than *drumrolls* Shraddha Kapoor. Now amid the speculations, the actress responded to the paparazzi’s questions about her shaadi with her rumoured boyfriend, photographer Rohan Shrestha.
Late on Wednesday night, Shraddha arrived in Mumbai after wrapping up her month-long outdoor shoot and was papped outside the airport. When a reported asked the actress about when will she tie the knot, the actress couldn’t help but blush a bit and gave a rather vague response. “What are you saying!,” said Shraddha. While the mask hid her expressions, we’re really wondering what’s cooking.
Shraddha has been in a relationship with the photographer since 2019 after the two bonded following a photoshoot. While they haven’t gone public with their relationship yet, Rohan’s social media posts are proof that Shraddha is truly his muse. Earlier, Shraddha’s co-star and close friend, Varun Dhawan had hinted that the actress might be next in line to get married which sparked up rumours. But wait, that’s not all. There’s more to it…
In a recent interview with a leading daily, Shraddha’s father, Shakti Kapoor had also opened up about the actresses’ wedding rumours. And daddy dearest was all praises for his daughter’s boyfriend, Rohan. Calling the photographer a ‘very nice boy’, Shakti had said, “He (Rohan) does come home but he has come home since childhood. Shraddha hasn’t told me that she plans to marry him. To me, they are still just childhood friends… I do not know if they are serious about each other.”
Brushing aside the speculation, Shakti had added that he will stand by his daughter in whatever decision she takes about her life including her wedding. “Why only Rohan Shrestha? If she comes and tells me whoever she has chosen and wants to settle down with, I will not have any objection,” Shakti said.
Well…this isn’t the first time a celeb has quashed wedding rumours just before the wedding, so we really won’t be surprised if Shraddha and Rohan tie the knot real soon. And we really can’t wait to find out if another B-town wedding is on the cards. TBH, we’d love to see Shraddha all decked up as a bride. So, when is the big day, guys?
