We’re digging out our cropped cardigans and cutting our hair into a Posh Spice shoulder-length bob because the ’90s are so very 2023 right now (steely gaze not included). It provides a lovely, bouncy blowout yet is still easily retracted from the face. A full layer cut with a blunt cut just above the shoulders also adds more movement. The style complements the majority of face shapes, but thicker hair really makes the swingy shape pop.

Someone at some point completely lied and said that people with curly hair types can’t have bangs. They are not limited to having bangs; a short, tousled fringe makes them look particularly stylish. On shorter hair, curly bangs look coolly ’80s and edgy. They also make the face appear softer, especially on someone with prominent cheekbones.
