This Indian Influencer Carried A Clutch With A QR Code To Cannes, Here’s Why

Indian influencers are serving the best lewks at the Cannes Film Festival. There was one influencer who went all out to make a mark on the red carpet and that’s— Shivani Bafna. The fashionista opted for the daring red colour on the red carpet and killed it. But what got my attention was her clutch which had a special QR code.

Initially, I thought it was simply a chic and quirky bag. But as it turns out, Shivani had a whole letter with the QR code on her bag. Take a look at the influencer’s look at the Cannes Red Carpet:

Shivani explained it all in a reel and penned a heartwarming note. She wrote, “When I first found out Cannes was happening, despite the scrambling to get everything in order, I knew I wanted to create a look that went beyond the fashion. That there was intentionality. That I had a purpose beyond posing. I may have not been the best dressed in the room, but that’s never been my forte haha. Sharing an honest message and building connection is. So I DIY-ed a ‘QR code clutch’!!
