Rainbows & Unicorns: Shilpa Shetty Threw The Cutest First B’Day Bash For Daughter Samisha

Almost one year ago from today, Shilpa Shetty-Kundra had shared a beautiful picture on her social media handle. The actress introduced her fans to little Samisha Shetty-Kundra, who was holding her mother’s finger with her teeny-tiny fingers in the snap. While that year-old picture still remains as adorable as ever, a new video on her ‘Gram is now giving us an overdose of cuteness. No guesses there, the video is of Shilpa’s little munchkin who recently turned 1!

Samisha celebrated her first birthday on February 15. The Dhadkan actress and her hubby, Raj Kundra, not only threw a unicorn-themed party but also shared some unseen pictures of their little angel. Take a look:

The mother of two penned down a heartful note for her daughter in the caption and wrote, “Mumma” – hearing you say this , as you turn one today is the greatest gift I could ever get😇🧿😇 From dolling you up in your umpteen bows, to your first tooth ,your first words, your first smile to your first crawl… every milestone is special & reason to celebrate you every day… Happy first birthday to you our Angel, every day in this past year has brought tons of love, happiness, and light into our lives. 🎉🎉We all love and adore you so much. Shilpa also shared some glimpses of the birthday party in her Instagram stories. While we absolutely loved the floral decor, colourful rainbows and balloons, what stole our hearts were the delicious-looking cakes by Pooja Dhingra and The Pableo Cakes.  Take a look:

Shilpa had announced the arrival of her baby girl in February 2020 and called her a ‘miracle’. After a few months, the actress had opened up about her decision to opt for surrogacy after her first child. In an interview with a leading daily, she had said, “After Viaan, I did want to have another child for the longest time but I had a lot of complications. I suffered from an autoimmune disease called APLA, I had a couple of miscarriages so it was a genuine issue.”

The Apne actress had revealed that it was after several attempts that Samisha was finally conceived. Indeed, she is truly a miracle for her parents. And, we hope that the little munchkin keeps making our social media feed LIT with her cuteness!
