Telly star Vaibhavi Upadhyaya was plucked from her young life too soon. It is hard to believe that at just 38 she passed away in a horrific car accident. Vaibhavi was on a road trip with her fiancé Jay Gandhi when the two got into an accident. Vaibhavi sustained a major head injurygot severely injured and unfortunately, she lost the battle.
Recently, Jay took to the ‘Gram and penned a heartbreaking note for Vaibhavi. He wrote, “I only miss you every minute of every day. You will never truly be gone, I will hold you safe in my heart forever. Gone too soon RIP my Gundi, I love you” Scroll down for the post:
He also shared a story featuring Vaibhavi and wrote, “I MISS YOU”.
It is heartbreaking to watch someone lose their soulmate like this. My heartfelt condolences to Jay and Vaibhavi’s family.
Before sharing a post on social media. Jay spoke about the accident in an interview and confirmed that the two had followed all the traffic rules. Their car fell down a valley after being hit by a truck and there was nothing Jay or Vaibhavi could have done in the situation.
“There is a notion that you speed on road trips, but that was not the case. Our car was standing still and waiting for the truck to pass. I am not in a state to talk much, but I wanted to ensure that people don’t assume that we were not wearing seat belts or were speeding,” said Jay.
Jay and Vaibhavi were planning to get married in December 2023 and they were excited about it. Alas, life had other plans.
My heart breaks for the young life that was taken away from the world so soon. I hope Jay and Vaibhavi’s family find strength in such tough circumstances.
