Sara Ali Khan’s ‘All-Hearts’ Ensemble At Cannes Is Not What We Expected!

Sara Ali Khan is currently on cloud nine as she makes her Cannes Film Festival debut. The actress, who always manages to make her “darshaks” grin, beautifully represented Indian culture in her first appearance in a magnificent Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla lehenga. While many people were unimpressed by her desi avatar, we were all for it! Unfortunately, we can’t say the same for her latest look. 

For her second look, the actress opted for a black and gold gown that came with a heart-shaped bodice. The gown was from the luxury brand Moschino and was also accessorised with a heart-shaped black handbag from the same brand. Sadly, Sara Ali Khan’s all-heart ensemble crushed our hearts because we expected so much more from her!

While the heart gown and the heart-shaped bag would look okay by themselves, they end up looking gimmicky when paired together. The gown would’ve made a great choice for a B-town red-carpet look, but it was simply not giving Cannes Film Festival vibes. 

Considering Sara Ali Khan’s natural confidence and flair, we know that she can do so much better. Here’s hoping her next look makes up for this one! We’re crossing our hearts (pun intended).
