After following a CTM routine, apply a makeup primer and then mix a drop of foundation with a pea-sized amount of moisturiser. Mix this well on the back of your hands and dot it onto your skin. Use a brush to blend it all in and you will find your skin looking much smoother without feeling heavy. Go over with concealer on areas that you feel need more coverage and then spritz on a setting spray to lock it in.
