In Bollywood, we let a lot of weird shiz pass off as comedy. Some of it includes eerily identical twins, innuendo-laced jokes, and chaotic climaxes. The funniest bit? The makers take so much pride in “these” comedy films that they dare to even make sequels. Salman Khan’s upcoming movie is the latest addition to the list. A little birdie tells us that the actor is currently working on the sequel of his 2005 film, No Entry and it is likely to go on floors by the end of this year.
Anees Bazmee, the director of the film, recently shared the update in an interview with an online media platform. He said, “Recently when I met Salman Khan, at that time he asked Anil Kapoor if we can start the shoot by December or January. Inshallah! They were discussing about it and were also quite serious about it. He loved the story and he asked me to recite it once again and I obviously obliged. Hopefully, the shoot will start very soon.”
Well, it must have a brilliant storyline and some epic ideas for Salman to be this impressed, right? Wrong! We just got some updates on the sequel titled, No Entry Mein Entry and it does not sound good fam. Here’s why:
Triple Roles (WTF)!
We hear the OG No Entry men including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan are returning to the sequel. And guess what? ALL THREE OF THEM will be playing triple roles in the film! Every Indian movie enthusiast knows about the kind of chaos that ensues when there is a double role angle in any of the films. Multiply that with 100 and you’ll have No Entry Mein Entry! This sounds like a really, really bad idea.
Ten Actresses
But guess why do three leads need triple roles in the film? Simple. It is happening so that they can romance multiple women. A source has revealed that the film will have an ensemble cast and there will be ten leading ladies. As if we weren’t already tired of all these actors romancing actresses half their ages on the screen, they’ll now get to do it with three of them each. Wow, brilliant!
Well, the idea of the film has us repulsed at the moment and rest assured, we are gonna opt for a theatre mein no entry here.
