Sushmita Sen’s Daughter Renee Opens Up About Dealing With Online Trolls & It’s Impressive!

Remember how celebrities are often asked during talk shows about the things they would borrow from their fellow actors if given a chance? I have played that game with myself as well. Yeah… I’m not a celeb but can you guys just let the girl dream? Thanks! So, if given a chance, I wouldn’t really borrow but defs learn how to have a positive approach in life from Sushmita Sen. NGL, her interviews bring a huge smile to my face. Well, as you can tell, I’m fangirling and for all the right reasons.

Turns out, her daughter, Renee Sen is just like her mom—charming and inspiring. In a recent interview with a leading daily, the young starlet opened up about dealing with negativity and trolls on social media. She said that she didn’t let those things affect her and her happiness.

During the conversation, Renee said, “People will always have things to say. I don’t read social media comments a lot, to be honest. I don’t want to get sidetracked. I am the happiest girl on the planet and that’s how I want to be. I try to see the good as much as I can. The rest of it doesn’t matter.”

Wow, that’s certainly one of the best ways to stay focussed and we are totes taking notes. The actress recently made her debut with a short film called, Suttabaazi, where she played the role of a rebellious child. While talking about her experience and feedback, Renee said, “I was finally able to look at myself on screen; it’s been a dream for so long! It has been a happy experience, so the only feeling is that I am so happy. Even if someone has constructive criticism or feedback, I am just taking it all in. Although I am just 21 years old, it has been the best experience of my life…I would like to work more. But for that, I have to work on myself a lot. But yes, I would like to be an actor full-time.”

The young actress has recently said in an interview with a leading daily that while she acknowledges her privilege, she wants to craft her own path in the industry. “I’m not running away from my surname. I know it comes with a lot of responsibility and the love I’m getting is because of my mother, the kind of work she has done. But I’m not taking the pressure or else I won’t be able to do a single day’s job. And, I’ll never take it for granted, nor will I allow anybody else to take it for granted,” she said.

NGL, Renee has got some great tips on how to ignore trolls and we are so impressed! BTW, you can watch her movie on Disney+ Hotstar.
