This Indian Prince Walked The Runway For Dolce&Gabbana & Stole Our Hearts!

Compared to any other 19-year old teenager in the country, the dapper Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur is having the time of his life right now! Why?
A. He is a real-life Prince, literally.
B. He has been making his rounds in global fashion sports and lifestyle circles like true royalty.

This impressive young person has been on our radar for a while but what he did recently made us sit up in our chairs and take notice!

Making his fashion week debut for the Dolce&Gabbana Men’s SS19 show in Milan, Padmanabh walked the runway like its nobody business! 

The great-grandson of Sawai Man Singh II, the last ruling king of Jaipur, this Indian prince made a fashionable impression at the show and added another feather to his hat of many achievements. Being quite stylish himself, it is quite obvious that the Singh will be interested and appreciative of high fashion.

Most recently featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list, he a proficient Polo player and went on to become the youngest Indian member of a World Cup polo team and the youngest winner of the Indian Open Polo Cup.

This is not the first time that Padmanabh was part of a glamorous global event. He participated in the prestigious Le Bal, a by-invitation-only event held in Paris, in November of 2017 alongside Ava Phillippe, the daughter of Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon.

This annual ball is something that mere mortals like us have only seen in movies. Primarily an event to introduce the young daughters of royalty and celebrities to the posh society, Singh stepped up as the partner for the popular actress’s daughter. 

Currently a student of liberal arts at the New York University, the young prince definitely seems very fashionable inclined. Posing for a quite a few publications and always dress to the tee, Padmanabh is a not your average college boy in ratty old jeans and a graphic t-shirt.

But it’s not all super fancy with the young gentleman, we believe Singh is capable to chill out and be a normal curious teenager as well (down to a goofy beanie!)

With a resume such as this and an official title in the bank, we are sure to be waiting with baited eyes to see what he will be up to after this. A live-action desi princess flick maybe?
