Too Hot, Hot Damn: Pooja Batra & Nawab Shah Beat The Heat In Matching Red Swimsuits

The latest ‘it’ couple of Bollywood, Nawab Shah and Pooja Batra, is making waves once again, this time with a red-hot picture. The couple who tied the knot on July 4th in a simple ceremony, just five months after they began dating, soon became an internet sensation. Nawab, who was last seen in Tiger Zinda Hai, recently posted a picture on Instagram where he and Pooja can be seen taking a dip on a bright sunny day in matching swimsuits. 

While he can be seen wearing red swimming trunks, Pooja is sporting a halter bikini and a messy bun. Nawab shared this cute picture with the caption, “Sunday Kay funday ❤️”

This newly married couple made their relationship Insta-official in June 2019 when Nawab posted a picture with Pooja and captioned it “ONE.❤️🦋” But the news of their wedding came as quite a surprise and most of us couldn’t believe it till Pooja confirmed it herself a few days later. “Yes, we are married. Nawab and I exchanged vows in Delhi, with only our families in attendance. Our loved ones kept asking us why we were delaying it (the marriage). I was simply going with the flow, but then I realised that he is the man I want to spend the rest of my life with, and there is no point in delaying it any further. So, here we are. We had an Arya Samaj wedding, and we will register our marriage this week,” Pooja told a leading newspaper.

The former Miss India (1993) was previously married to an orthopaedic surgeon Dr Sonu S. Ahluwalia in Los Angeles, California. The two tied the knot in 2002 but parted ways with an amicable divorce in 2011.

All’s well that ends well and we’re so glad Pooja decided to give love a second chance.
