Sabya & Simone Ashley Attend NYC Diwali Bash, Nora Fatehi’s Dance Leaves Everyone Wanting More!

Diwali is right around the corner and the festive spirit has engulfed the air. The parties have started and the recent one to catch everyone’s attention is the extravagant Diwali bash hosted by Priyanka Chopra’s manager, Anjula Acharia.

This Diwali party—more accurately a Diwali ball—was held at the iconic Pierre Hotel in New York City and brought together some renowned Indian artists and entertainers. The event was titled ‘All That Glitters Diwali Ball’ and sharing details about the party, Anjula wrote, “My annual Diwali ball is an expression of south asian culture in all its glory from food, fashion to music. This year our charity partner was @wckitchen I love them for the amazing work they are doing in Gaza, Ukraine and most recently the hurricane victims here at home. Their work knows no bounds.

The guest list featured Indian-origin Hollywood stars, including Simone Ashley, Avantika Vandanapu, Tan France, Hasan Minhaj, Jay Sean, and Jessel Taank. The event honoured Indian heritage, culture, and art, so it was only fitting that designers like Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Falguni Shane Peacock were part of the celebrations. Renowned chef Vikas Khanna was part of the event too. Naturally, guests turned up in stunning couture, showcasing opulence and elegance that truly captured the spirit of the occasion and went well with the theme.

But that wasn’t all! To keep the festive vibe going, Anjula invited actress and dancer Nora Fatehi for a power-packed performance, and turns out it was Nora’s first Diwali party in NYC. The evening also featured dancers from Amit Shah’s AATMA Performing Arts, who got everyone on the dance floor to join in the fun.
