For years I’ve been trying to find the perfect liquid eyeliner with a terrific applicator. Since my hands tend to shake while applying liquid eyeliner, I needed an applicator that offered precision and a good grip. Also, the staying power is hella impressive! The liquid eyeliner stayed put on my peepers for more than six hours without showing any signs of fading.

How do you use it?
First, give it a good shake and then, wipe off any excess product on the wheel applicator. Starting from the inner corner of your eye, roll the wheel on your upper lash line towards the outer corner of your eye. Allow the product to sit and dry for 10 seconds and then, open your eyes.
