‘Tis the wedding season! Our Instagram feed is filled with people attending weddings, dancing at sangeets or getting themselves married. While I have no plans of getting married anytime soon, seeing these gorgeous brides perform on their D-day, wearing stunning jewellery, looking oh-so-pretty makes me all warm and fuzzy from inside. 

Mumbai bride, Isha Khakhar Jogani, wore a Sabyasachi lehenga for her big day. All pink and gold, she looked nothing less than a maharani. And right there beside her, was her sister, Kanika looking just as resplendent in a mauve lehenga. These two sure are giving us major #sistergoals.

It all started with a proposal

The groom, Rahul Jogani proposed to his lady-love, Isha, in Covent Garden, London and it was all things magical. There were pink sparkly balloons, white roses in the background and everything was looked perfect.

Pre-wedding functions looked all things grand

The pre-wedding celebrations of the #Jokhar2020 shaadi, had the two ladies Isha and Kanika looking ethereal in pastels. The bridey chose a white, organza lehenga with intricate floral embroidery and beadwork. She paired it with diamond jewellery and wore minimal makeup. The bride’s sister, Kanika, wore a beige blouse with a floral patterned skirt and finished it off with a kundan and emerald statement choker.

For makeup, Isha kept it fresh, young and radiant. She went for a flawless base with highlighter on point. The black eyeliner and fluttery lashes added all the glamour to the look. She completed the look with a nude lip gloss.

The destination wedding was held in Jaipur and the couple even gave the sweetest gifts to their guests. A chic case with a couple of shot glasses, a candle, and a few other tidbits.
