However, it gained momentum when Deepika Padukone decided to don the eye makeup trend in her latest blockbuster Padmaavat. Full-eyeliner eye look was finally accepted by many as a royal look that can add depth to your eyes and invite all the attention to them. This eye makeup trend involves applying the eyeliner over the waterline along with the lash line all over – on the top as well as under your eyes. If your eyes are your best feature, this might be the ‘it’ trend for you. The best part about this trend is that it goes well with all sorts of outfits. It compliments Indian wear, goes well with dresses both, solid and printed, and even if you are planning to wear a white t-shirt and blue jeans, full-eyeliner makes you look all date ready and put together. It may take a bit of concentration to get the look as applying eyeliner on the waterline can be tricky but it’s so worth the effort.
Tip: For the best results, pair it with a lighter shade of nude or a pink lip colour.
