Well, Indian skipper and Captain Virat Kohli did something for them and we cannot stop awwing at his generosity.
Christmas came a little early for the kids living in a shelter home in Kolkata as Virat turned ‘Secret Santa’ for them. Virat, who is currently busy in the three-match ODI series against West Indies, took time out from his busy schedule to surprise the kids.
Virat Kohli dressed up as Santa Claus, all plump in a red Santa suit, a protruding belly and white brows and beard, and surprised them. The video shared by Star Sports on Twitter shows children asking for presents and desire to meet their favourite sportspersons. And just when the kids were all sitting, the lights went out, and there Virat was dressed up as Santa Claus.
Virat, who turned Secret Santa for the kids, gave them their favourite presents, but the biggest surprise was yet to come. The kids were asked whether they want to meet Virat Kohli and after getting a positive response, Virat removed his artificial beard and the reaction of his young fans was priceless. The 31-year-old skipper met them by hugging them Well, grab a tissue because you won’t be able to hold in your tears after seeing this heartwarming moment.
