Mouni Roy All Set To Play Villain Against Ranbir Kapoor In This Much-Awaited Karan Johar Film!

Mouni Roy is all set to make her debut opposite Akshay Kumar in Gold, but as we wait for the film to hit the silver screen, there is another exciting news to keep us hooked!

The ultimate television Naagin is amping up her grey character skills. Her next is movie is slated to be Brahmastra, where she will be playing a negative character opposite Ranbir Kapoor. The Karan Johar production also stars Alia Bhatt, with whom the actress will be sharing screen space, and is directed by Ayan Mukerji of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Swades fame.

Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in Brahmastra. Mouni’s character will be the villain in this three-part contemporary fantasy drama film, where Ranbir Kapoor’s role is that of a superhero and Alia is his love interest.

The film is all set to release on August 15, 2019 and we just can’t wait!
