Miss Style Fiesta and POPxo SuperBlogger, Masoom Minawala tied the knot with Shailin Mehta, a diamond merchant on the 5th of Feb, in Mumbai, and it definitely looked like the wedding of the year. Here’s bringing you all that the pretty bride wore for her functions to give you major #ShaadiGoals. You won’t stop staring, ladies!
1. Kicking off the festivities in style…

The Masoom Minawala wedding kicked off with a Holi themed cocktail party and the pictures are so ah-mazing! Masoom wore an AM:PM outfit and her jewellery was from Apala by Sumit. ‘I wanted a lehenga with a modern silhouette and the asymmetric skirt and wrap tie back blouse of this mustard yellow lehenga just fit the bill. It was a crazy function and the outfit had to blend well with the theme! This was a vibrant and fun look with just the right amount of skin show,’ shares the bride. The beauty and accessory styling was done by the team at Bridelan.
2. Red for the mehendi

Masoom wanted to experiment with various silhouettes for all her functions. ‘I absolutely adore Indian outfits with a modern touch and a draped saree looked like the perfect pick. Also, it was super comfortable and fuss free,’ she shares. Aren’t you loving this gorgeous red draped saree by Anamika Khanna from AZA?
3. Glitz and glamour

High on glitz and glamour, Masoom rocked a Manish Malhotra creation at the musical night. Just look at her looking every bit of the diva that she is! A high waist lehenga skirt with a well-fitted blouse in a beautiful shade of grey, she sure is giving us some major wedding fashion inspo. The jewellery was by Lion Jewellers.
4. A sangeet night to remember

It was for her sangeet night that Masoom chose to go with a customized look from ace designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. ‘I wanted a look that was magnificent and striking. I wanted to experiment with bright colours and outfit styles that would allow me to dance without any restrictions,’ shares Masoom. From the stylish cape sleeves to the lotus motifs and the mirror work, everything about the look screamed feminine glam.
5. Redefining elegance

While we loved all of Miss Style Fiesta’s looks, this one is our favourite! For a sit down dinner, the bride wore an elegant Tarun Tahiliani saree and it’s all kinds of fab. The bodycon saree featured a stylish cape with tassels and intricate embroidery. ‘This outfit was extremely experimental and I loved all the little details that went into it. The colour was somewhere between olive and gold which I absolutely loved,’ shares Masoom.
6. The wedding day

‘I always knew that I wanted to wear an ivory coloured outfit for my wedding. The outfit could have other colours, but the base had to be ivory. While bright colours look lovely, I felt they might just overshadow me. Even with the jewellery and makeup, I did not want to go overboard,’ shares Masoom. The lehenga by Anamika Khanna looked beautiful and truly unique. Such a refreshing bridal look that managed to be traditional at the same time. The stunning jewels were from Lion Jewellers. ‘Muted sophistication, that was the look I was going for,’ she adds. Well, there’s no denying that she nailed it, right?!
We wish this gorgeous couple a lifetime of love and happiness.
xoxo
