Then, apply a thin layer of cream foundation on areas that need more coverage. Follow it up with a brightening concealer under the eyes and other areas.
Step 2: Up Your Brow Game
Use a brow pencil to fill in gaps in your brows using feather-light strokes. Next, use a gel in dark brown through the brows to set them in place.
