Kartik Aaryan Opens Up About Dating A Bollywood Actress & We Know Who She Is

More often than not, Bollywood stars like to keep their relationship under wraps and who can blame them? Kartik Aaryan is no exception to this rule as the actor always doges the questions when it comes to his love life. However, recently the Dhamaka star spilled the beans about his past relationships and revealed that he has dated a Bollywood actress.

In an interview, on being asked if he has ever dated somebody from tinsel town, the Kartik answered, “Yes” but refrained from naming the actress. While the actor refused to give us a name, we have a feeling he was referring to his Love Aaj Kal 2 co-star Sara Ali Khan!

Looking Back At Kartik & Sara’s Alleged Relationship

There was a time when Sara and Kartik’s relationship rumours were all over the internet and people just couldn’t get enough of #SarTik. It all started when Sara confessed that she had a crush on Kartik in front of Karan Johar on her Koffee With Karan debut. The two then started working together for Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 and were frequently spotted together. From picking the cutest nicknames for each other to their frequent date nights, Sara and Kartik always created a buzz on the ‘Gram.

Alas, as they say all good things must come to an and that’s what happened to #SarTik as well. Both Sara and Kartik parted ways in just a few months and were hardly spotted together. This breakup left millions of their fans (including us) heartbroken!

A little while ago, Kartik was asked about his alleged relationship with Sara and if the rumours about them dating during Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2 were part of a promotion. The actor said, “No, no. There was nothing promotional there. How do I explain this? No dear, I mean, we are humans as well. Not everything is promotional. This is all that I will say on this topic.”

While we loved Sara and Kartik together, we are glad the two are living their best lives as individuals. More power to both of them!
