A Star Is Born: Here’s Everything You Need To Know About Miss India 2022 Sini Shetty

It is time to bring out the champagne as we all welcome Miss India 2022 Sini Shetty. The 21-year-old beauty from Karnataka was crowned the winner of the prestigious pageant by Miss India 2020 Manasa Varanasi. Additionally, Rajasthan’s Rubal Shekhawat was crowned Miss India 2022 first runner-up, and Shinata Chauhan from Uttar Pradesh was named Miss India 2022 second runner-up.

The jury for the evening included actors Neha Dhupia, Dino Morea and Malaika Arora, designers Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna, choreographer Shiamak Davar, and former cricketer Mithali Raj. Sini made an impression on the audience with her graceful runway walk and confidence. 

“Sini Shetty has conquered our stage and taken over our hearts with her magnetism, charm, endurance and beauty! We’re so proud and can’t wait to see her represent India on the Miss World stage,” reads the official statement on Miss India’s Instagram handle.

Here’s Everything You Need To Know About Sini Shetty

There is so much more to Sini than what meets the eye! This stunning young lady represented the state of Karnataka during the Miss India World 2022 pageant and battled for the national title against 31 participants. Sini is currently pursuing a course at the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Sini is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and completed her Arangetram in Bharatanatyam when she was just 14 years old. After finishing her graduation, she started working in the marketing sector but eventually decided to try out for the Miss India competition. She will now represent India at the prestigious 71st Miss World pageant and we are all rooting for her.

In an earlier interview, Sini shared that she comes from a ‘traditionally contemporary’ family and revealed that the community she belongs to is ‘conservative’. However, her family was incredibly supportive of her decision to complete in the prestigious pageant.
