Janhvi Kapoor Just Gave Us All The Feels In This Floral Suit

Another day, another outfit Janhvi Kapoor absolutely nailed. The Bollywood newbie has already made her mark, a fashionable one at that, in the industry. Sure, she’s a star kid and KJo launched her, but, credit must be rewarded where it’s due – her sartorial sensibilities. I mean, she looks good even in a simple white slogan tee.

And once again, Janhvi showed ’em how it’s done on her recent visit to Delhi with the fam. Khushi, Shanaya, Mohit Marwah, and Antara were with Janhvi in the capital to attend the launch of a luxury label last night. While everyone was dressed to impress, it was Janhvi Kapoor’s black and floral ensemble that swept us off our feet. 

The 21-year-old actress wore a sophisticated outfit with a delicate floral print over a jet black background. I know what you’re wondering… Is it a pant-suit or is it just a co-ord set? Why, of course, it’s a co-ord set inspired by the classic suit, that’s all the rage at the moment. 

The tux-like lapels of Janhvi’s floral jacket and the structured silhouette of the look give it away, don’t they? It is genius, however, that the ‘jacket’ is actually worn as a top with the lapels hooked together. Want to get the look? Now, we all can see how well-tailored the Prabal Gurung jacket is, with sharp shoulders and that cinched waist… and the pants are tailored to perfection too. They’re well fitted till the knee and then flare ever so slightly and give Janhvi legs that go on for days. 

The chosen footwear to go with Kapoor’s floral co-ord combination was simple and easy to pull off – simple, strappy black sandals. Also, apart from minimalistic rings stacked on her fingers and embellished stud earrings, there isn’t much to mention when it comes to Janhvi’s accessories.
