It’s a happy beginning to the year 2020 for Roadies fame Raghu Ram and his Canadian wife Natalie Di Luccio. The couple welcomed their little munchkin, a baby boy on January 6. Raghu and Natalie, who tied the knot in December 2018, announced that they were expecting their first child in August last year.
Surya Hospitals in Mumbai, where the baby was delivered, shared the news on Instagram. They wrote, “The baby was delivered healthy and normal, both mother and baby are doing fine.”
While speaking to a news portal, Raghu revealed that the couple has named their son, Rhythm. Taking a dig at how controversies erupt over the religious bent of names, he said, “We wanted to find a multi-cultural, multi-national and multi-lingual name to reflect our union. So, we picked Rhythm. More, importantly, it can’t be linked with any religion.”
On the other hand, Raghu’s first reaction about becoming a father is, “Relieved”. He further added that he is going through a lot of emotions. “We had been preparing for this for months. We learned more about pregnancy, childbirth and baby care but none of it actually prepares you for parenthood,” said Raghu.
Here’s the lovely announcement they had made last year. Raghu had written, “When you see it… ❤️.”

Coming back to the good news, Raghu revealed that the couple had shifted to a new house after they learnt about the pregnancy. He said, “She decorated the nursery with beautiful quotations and messages from my friends on the walls. There are also cute little animals, clouds and stars in the room. It has a beautiful vibe.” Aww! He further shared that Natalie wanted the birthing process to be natural and, therefore, she delivered Rhythm via water birth. How brave!
Meanwhile, a baby shower was also held about seven weeks back to prepare for the little one’s arrival. Here are some fun pictures from the joyous day!
Natalie captioned these pictures, “Gosh, I have the most incredible friends in the world. Thank you so much for throwing me the most amazing baby shower! So many laughs, so much love. I love you guysss♥️♥️🤰👣👶🍼.”
