Is Harnaaz Sandhu Planning To Make Her Bollywood Debut Soon? The Miss Universe Spills The Beans

Do you know what’s common between Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya Rai, Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta? Of course, you do! All of them emerged winners at the coveted Miss World and Miss Universe pageants respectively before making their mark on the entertainment industry. And, do you know who’s all set to follow in their footsteps? Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, the winner of the title Miss Universe 2021! During a recent interview, Harnaaz got candid about her Bollywood plans and they’re way too interesting. 

While talking to a leading daily, Harnaaz said that currently, she’s focused on the responsibilities that are given to her as Miss Universe. She explained, “To be honest, I’m the kind of person who never plans their life. Currently, I’m focused on helping to create awareness about my advocacy and bring about a difference to society, break the stigmas.” She also added that she is an actress and after her reign as Miss Universe, she will be working globally as an actress. 

That’s not all, upon being asked if she’d be open to playing a role in a film based on a controversial subject or character, she replied that it’s important to have the courage to bring change to society. Harnaaz also said that she would like to read the entire script and weigh the pros and cons. “I think movies with strong messages are the most difficult to do, but once the message is sent out right, it can change the whole world,” she said. We totes agree with her.

TBH, we’re really looking forward to watching Harnaaz on the silver screen. Here’s hoping that happens soon. Fingers crossed!
