Influencer Opens Up About Her Abusive Marriage & It Is Heartbreaking

For couples who were once madly in love, getting a divorce is definitely not an easy thing to do. And the reason for this drastic step can range from having compatibility issues to falling out of love. But for some brave souls, it is a way of finally getting away from the clutches of an abusive marriage. Recently famous blogger Komal Narang aka MyHappinesz shared the real reason behind her separation and it’s breaking our hearts.

For Unversed, Komal rose to fame by creating videos and family vlogs. However, she suddenly quit her YouTube journey in 2020 and stopped talking about her personal life. Then in 2021, people started speculating that Komal might have separated from her husband Lucky Singh. But she never confirmed this until a few months ago when Komal shared a picture from their son Vihaan’s birthday party with a caption, “I’ve learned kids don’t need married parents they need happy parents.”

While Komal never directly confirmed the speculation, it was enough to give her followers her hint. And now recently she subtly revealed the reason behind the separation. She took to her Instagram story and shared a post that read, “Some reels are definitely based on my own experience. I as a child was abandoned by my father. I have been through a lot of domestic violence, abuse and trauma. My personal marriage was hell wrapped in a beautiful gift wrap. It looked amazing, sometimes felt amazing but mostly it was just abusive left right and centure.”

She further added, “After years of crap I worked on myself, took charge of my life and started fresh. Now I help other people do the same”

Her story was then shared by a Reddit user and people in the commence section came out in her support. They even shared their own ordeal. Some of the comments read:
