My Favourite Indian Influencers Can’t Get Enough Of These Products & I Can See Why

In the world of skincare, there are very few places you can get credible product recommendations from. One of the most popular sources? Beauty influencers.

While you really shouldn’t believe everything you see on the internet, there are a few veterans who really know what they’re talking about. In today’s article, I’ll be rounding up 5 influencers and a few of their favourite, tried and tested products.

Rasia Ibtasam and Rehan Gulam (@letthatserumsinkin)

These guys were some of the first people I followed and most of their recommendations have really gotten me through some bad skincare days. While their content focuses on a variety of products, the most prominent products on their page are Dr. Sheth’s—serums, moisturisers, and especially sunscreen.

Kritika Khurana (@thatbohogirl)

I’ve been watching Kritika’s videos for a very long time now. Her journey into the world of beauty began as a passion project, but it quickly evolved into a thriving career. Kritika’s commitment to redefining beauty standards and promoting self-confidence has earned her a special place in the hearts of her followers.

One of her favourite products is the MyGlamm Soft Matte Lipstick in the Sugar Almond shade; you have to try it too! She was also spotted using the POPxo Selfie Ready Tinted Sunscreen in her recent GRWM video.

Roshini Chopra (@roshnichopra)

A recent favourite, Roshini’s beauty content focuses a lot on home remedies and ayurvedic tools. It’s the first place I learnt what a Kansa wand was and highly recommend getting it.

If you’ve been watching all those jade roller reels on repeat, trust me when I say this one is better.

Anushka Mulchandani Tata (@anushkamulchandani)

As a beauty influencer, her favourite look seems to be shimmery eyes. “I love the classic, Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick. They’re so versatile. I can use them as a highlighter or eyeshadow. A quick swipe and I can highlight the inner corners of my eyes, too. I love creating multiple looks with one product, especially for the festive season,” she says.

Nidhi Kavle (@nidhikavle

Writer and beauty aficionado, Nidhi’s videos are fun, homely and make you feel like an elder sister is giving you her wise advice. One of her holy grail products is the Shoyo Hydrating Emolene Cream – a moisturiser that’s ideal for any skin type: dry, oily or normal! Like she said in the caption, “…can I just say this – jo maza ₹300 rupees ke moisturiser se aata hai is unparalleled 😂”

As we explored the treasured picks of these five influencers, one thing became clear: beauty is deeply personal, yet universally connective. By giving us access to their favourite products, they invite us into their personal narrative and who they are as people.
