Let’s get blending.

Pink Monotone In Totes In

A pink monochrome makeup is all the rage and Sonam Kapoor does it so well. Here’s a step by step on how to recreate this look:

Step One: Use a cool light technology primer and let it even out your skin texture, reduce your fine lines, and get a smooth base for makeup application.

Step Two: Use an eyeshadow primer and prime your lids. Then use a light brown eyeshadow shade in the crease and blend well. Use a fluffy brush and apply a pink shade to your entire lid. Then pack on a glittery gold and pink shadow to create this gorgeous eye makeup look. Finish it off with black liner and mascara.

Step Three: Blend in your foundation and concealer as you normally would and set it in place with loose powder. Lightly bronze your cheekbones and apply a poppy pink blush to the apples of your cheeks.

Step Four: Fill in your brows with brow powder and set them in place. Take a matte cream eyeshadow and put it under your brow bone.

Step Five: Apply a creamy matte pink lipstick and use a tiny bit of highlighter on the center to add dimension.

Step Six: Set it all in place with a makeup setting spray and you’re good to go!

Can’t Go Wrong With Gold

Janhvi Kapoor shows us that when we’re talking about Indian outfits, gold eye makeup totes works. Here’s how to recreate this look:

Step One: Moisturise your skin with a radiance-boosting moisturiser and then prime your skin with an illuminating primer.

Step Two: Dab on your foundation with a damp beauty sponge and blend well. Then apply a concealer that is one or two shades lighter than your skin to your undereye area, the bridge of your nose, and your forehead, and blend it well. Contour your cheeks ever so slightly and set all the cream products in place with loose powder and bronzer.

Step Three: Use bronzer as a crease shadow and blend in windscreen wiper motions. Apply a foiled gold shadow to the centre of your lids and blend super carefully. Then use a light, gold shadow as an inner corner highlight. Take a deep brown shadow and smudge out your upper lash line creating a smokey effect. Coat your lashes with mascara and fill in your brows.

Step Four: Highlight the tops of your cheeks, the bridge of your nose and set it all in place using a glow-enhancing setting spray.

Step Five: Apply your fav pinkish nude lip liner and lipstick combo and you’re done!

That Red Lip Classic Thing

A red lip and a winged liner is the easiest way to transform any look from drab to fab. Here’s how you can recreate Kriti Sanon’s look:

Step One: Prep your skin with a silicone-based primer which will fill in your pores and even out skin texture. It’ll also help your makeup last longer.

Step Two: Apply foundation and concealer for extra coverage and blend it all well. Bake the under-eye area and around the mouth so that your base doesn’t crease.

Step Three: Lightly dab a nude-ish brown shade in your eyelid and then create a dramatic winged liner. The idea is to keep it thick so even new bees can give this a try. Apply mascara and fill in your brows

Step Four: Take a tiny bit of blush and apply it to the apples of your cheeks and then add highlighter to the high points of your face without it looking too much.

Step Five: Put on the red lipstick and pout away!
