This Taapsee Pannu-Saqib Saleem Trailer Of Dil Juunglee Will Leave You Wanting More!

Who doesn’t love a good reunion, am I right? And that’s what the trailer of Dil Juunglee promises its viewers – one riotous episode of love and reunion. Starring Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem in the lead roles, the rom-com looks like it’s going to be one hell of an entertainer. We see Taapsee essay the role of an English teacher and Saqib, plays her student; or so we think.

But, as the trailer reveals, there is more to this seemingly funny romantic comedy than what meets the eye. And that’s what has got us all anxious and desperately waiting for the trailer.

Dil Juunglee has been written and directed by Aleya Sen who is making her directorial debut into the film industry with this flick. And she sure has us hooked. Taapsee Pannu’s character belongs to a rich Delhi family and has had her heart broken just recently. On the other, the role of Sumit Uppal, played by Saqib Saleem, is known for his horrible English and happens to own a gym in Lajpat Nagar. The chemistry between this onscreen pair is so natural that you find yourself rooting for the pair before even having seen the movie! Then, again, both are known to be brilliant actors with great onscreen presence.

This happens to be the second trailer for this movie which was initially supposed to release on Valentine’s Day. The first trailer has everything and anything happening in it, filled with so many fast-paced scenes that you’re not entirely able to grasp what is happening. This one sure does give us a better idea of what we can expect from the movie and if the trailer is anything to go by, we think it’s going to be anything but dull.

Plus, Saqib Saleem has our hearts captivated and there’s no escaping that boyish charm. We’re heading to theatres just for him! And, of course, after seeing Taapsee kick some serious butt in Pink, we can’t wait to see her takeover every frame that she’s in.

Dil Juunglee is supposed to release on the 9th of March. I hope the movie is as funny and cute as the trailer itself.
