Did Katrina Kaif’s Mom Just Start A Social Media War With Neetu Kapoor?

Ranbir Kapoor has kept his distance from social media. However, mama Neetu Kapoor doesn’t believe in the same philology. She loves to post titbits about the actor’s life, but this time one of her posts has stirred the pot. In fact, Neetu’s Instagram shenanigans even got Katrina Kaif’s mom Suzanne Turquotte’s attention allegedly.

It all started recently when Mama Kapoor took to the ‘Gram to share a quote. It read, “Just because he dated you for 7 years, it doesn’t mean he will marry you. My uncle studied medicine for 6 years, now he is a DJ.” While no one knows about Neetu’s intention, many believe that it was a diss at Katrina and Ranbir’s relationship. 

According to the grapevine, Ranbir and Katrina’s relationship didn’t have Neetu Kapoor’s stamp of approval. While Kat ignored the comment, her mom didn’t take it lying down. Suzanne posted a quote that says, “I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO.” 

Just like Neetu, Suzanne too didn’t mention any context along with the post. In all honesty, both these posts are screaming sus for me.

Looking Back On Katrina & Ranbir’s Relationship

Back in the day, Ranbir and Katrina’s relationship buzz ruled social media. Reports even suggested that the two were planning to get hitched. However, after dating for six years the couple called it quits. Rumour has it that Neetu’s disapproval of Katrina caused the breakup. Katrina never denied or confirmed these allegations. 

That said, both Katrina and Ranbir are living their happily-ever-after with their partners. So, maybe it is time to let things go. I am all for Bollywood drama but this sitch calls for white flags!
