Deepika Padukone Lost Her Cool At A Recent Event & We Get Why

Earlier in July, Deepika Padukone made a head-turning statement at Manish Malhotra’s Bridal Couture Show. She was there to cheer for Ranveer Singh who was walking the ramp as the showstopper. The couple sent the internet into a frenzy when Ranveer paused during his walk to give Deepika a sweet peck on the cheek. But while Deepika looked like she having a great time during the show, something at the event irked the Pathaan actress.

A video of Deepika Padukone from the couture show is currently going viral on social media. In the clip, the actress can be seen scolding the paparazzi who approached her backstage for a few pictures. She says, “Yahan allowed nahi hai, yeh backstage hai (It is not allowed here. This is backstage).”

The video was shared by one of Deepika’s fan pages and people in the comment section appreciated her for taking a stand. They also called out the paps for their careless behaviour and for crossing a line. Others praised DP for putting her point forward with so much grace and poise. Take a look at some of the comments.

No doubt, the paps do a tough job. They have to be constantly on their toes to get that one viral picture. But this does not give them a free pass to break rules and disrespect other people’s space. They need to get more mindful of their behaviour and understand that there’s a time and place for everything.
