My favourite beauty blogger, Debasree Banerjee got hitched and her pictures scream GOALS! Apart from her bridal ensemble, it is her mehendi look that made me go, ‘so that’s how it’s done’. From her personalised bridal mehendi to her effortlessly chic (and practical) outfit, here’s everything I loved about her OOTD.
The Masterpiece
Debasree customised her bridal mehendi to feature personal elements from her life. It was designed by the same artist who did Alia Bhatt’s mehendi – Jyoti Chheda. On her hands, you can see visuals of a Nikah and a Bengali wedding ceremony – a beautiful ode to the couple’s roots. I also spotted Debasree’s babies in it – her two adorable cats! The back of her hand was adorned with a floral and royal fusion design that showcased an eyeliner and a lipstick from her own cosmetic line, Debasree. A+ for creativity, right?
The Stunning OOTD
Giving lehengas a miss, the bride opted for a gorgeous and fuss-free jumpsuit. The style featured a cut-out crop blouse and flared pants that end at the ankles. Her outfit and chandbalis were both from Papa Don’t Preach.

The green jumpsuit, adorned with 3D pink flowers, pearls, and sequins, retails for Rs 148,000 and the stunning chandbalis are for Rs 19,500.
The On-Fleek Makeup
For her glamm makeup, Debasree roped in a makeup artist from Mac Cosmetics – Leiya Phinao Ningshen. Her makeup was soft and glowy, allowing the rest of her outfit to shine. Debasree’s pink shimmery eyes were my personal favourite! Leiya used MAC’s Designer Art Library eyeshadow palette & the Mehr lipstick with some gloss to match the vibe of Debasree’s floral outfit.
Can any mehendi look be complete without a floral hairstyle? I don’t think so! Hairstylists Nazish Akhter and Ankit Gera gave the bride a simple yet romantic look adorned with baby’s-breath.

I don’t know about you, but I am already planning my bridal outfits and mehendi design! Please excuse me while I manifest a husband now.
