The Best Celebrity Hair & Makeup Looks To Copy This Diwali

There’s a nip in the air, music on the streets, and lights decorating every balcony as we prepare for yet another festival. Needless to say, I’m assuming we’ve all got our Diwali looks down to a T by this point.

Amidst all the festivities, there are a few events that set the tone for high glamour and style like Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party or Ramesh Taurani’s Diwali bash. The creme de la creme of Bollywood turns up in their festive best every year, giving us major beauty and fashion goals. This year was no different, with a guest list decked in statement embellishments, and breathtaking makeup looks. Here’s a round-up of a few favs that are easy to replicate if you’re looking for some last-minute inspo!

Katrina Kaif’s Simply Flushed Look

A refreshing contrast to all the glitter brightening our feeds this season, Katrina Kaif showed up in a gorgeous brown ensemble with very natural, pink-flushed makeup that stole the show! It’s an easily replicable look since all you need is a good eyeliner, a voluminous mascara, and an easily blendable lipstick. A sheer lip gloss/Vaseline will give this look that oomph.

Sara Ali Khan’s Pretty In Pink Vibe

Sara Ali Khan showed up for Manish Malhotra’s bash giving off main character energy. With full brusheded-out brows, classic kohl-lined eyes, and a Barbie pink lipstick that can double as eyeshadow, this is a look I can’t wait to replicate.

Bhumi Pednekar’s Slick Look

The Bala actor paired her outfit with a voluminous wing and tinted lip. But the star of the look was her slicked-back ponytail that was unconventional, yet so trendy. All you need to do is pull your hair up into a ponytail, draw on a cat eye sharp enough to kill a man, dab on some highlighter on the high points of your cheeks, and you’re good to go!

Kiara’s Golden Moment

Kiara Adavani’s makeup look consisted of a sizzling brown smoky eye and a natural lip that can be recreated with any nude palette. A dark brown shade blended well over your lids, a lighter brown to double up as a kajal, and a little shimmer on the cheekbones followed by a matte brown lipstick should round off the look well.

Mira’s Monochrome Magic

Spotted in a stunning all-black ensemble Mira Kapoor paired her look with some subtle coral eyeshadow, tight-lined eyes, and a simple flushed lip. A ridiculously easy look to recreate. Of course, a little highlighter on the cheekbones also goes a long way if you’re trying to cop this look.

These celeb-approved looks aren’t just for the ‘gram, they’re your playbook for keeping the celebrations going in style!
